Welcome!
I am a Statistics Research Scientist at Corteva Agriscience with a Ph.D. in Statistics from Iowa State University. My work focuses on applying advanced statistical methods, machine learning, data analysis, and experimental design to support scientific research and data-driven decision-making. I also contribute to the development of internal AI and agent-based tools that connect with organizational data and help improve research workflows.
My academic background includes an M.Phil. and a B.Sc. (Hons.) with First Class Honours in Statistics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Through my academic research and industry experience, I have developed a strong foundation in statistical theory, computational methods, and practical problem-solving. I am proficient in R, Python, and SQL.
Previously, I worked as a CMC Statistics and Product Quality Intern at Amgen, where I automated analytical workflows, developed R Shiny applications, and applied statistical modeling to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
I am particularly interested in combining statistical rigor, modern computing, and emerging AI technologies to turn complex data problems into reliable, interpretable, and practical solutions.
